The petitioner seeks bail in Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 5801024190001 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 201 and 302/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that his Fua has been killed. The informant reached the village Bhorha where the villagers gathered and were whispering about killing of his Fua. The informant saw blood clots on toilet tanki and drainage. The dead body of Fua of the informant was lying in the wheat field. The deceased had sustained sharp cut injury on her forehead and head. It is further alleged that Fua of the informant was tortured by Fufera brother of the informant namely Mohan Singh and his wife Kajal Singh.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40897 of 2019(3) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 They did not even provide food and killed her. Petitioner is brother-in-law (Sala) of Mohan Singh. It is alleged that he was present in the house at that time.

In this manner, mere suspicion has been raised against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.1.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, Distt. Sheohar, in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 5801024190001 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
