The petitioner had suppressed the fact before the learned Court below regarding pendency of this bail application.

Let the Trial Judge inform this Court about the action taken against the petitioner for making false statement before the learned Court below as reported by the learned Court below. Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that for suppression of material facts aforesaid, the learned Court below has already cancelled the bail bond of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody. If that is a fact, the learned Court below need not send any report to this Court.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 157 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 716 of 2020.
