Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It appears that some other co-accused Rajat Panjiyar @ Rajat Kumar Panjiyar and others have already been allowed bail by different Coordinate Benches of this Court. Allegation against the petitioner is on similar footing to those were granted bail.

Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bangaon Police Station Case No. 17 of 2019,
