2. This Cr. Misc. petition has been filed to cancel the bail of the O.P. No. 2 which was granted by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-VII, Katihar vide order dated 28.02.2020 in B.P. No. 124 of 2020, arising out of Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 19 of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
