2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025 dated 20.03.2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 80(2), 238, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Kundan Bind. Earlier, Kundan Bind had solemnized his marriage with the petitioner, namely, Hemanti Devi. It is alleged that the Kundan Bind and the petitioner demanded dowry from the informant's daughter. On 19.03.2025, the informant received information that her daughter has been killed and her dead body has been concealed. It is alleged that the petitioner in connivance with

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and she has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is the first wife of Kundan Bind and the deceased is his second wife. It is further submitted that the petitioner lodged F.I.R. bearing Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2024 against the husband and her in-laws on 22.05.2024. It is further submitted that the petitioner was not residing in her law's house rather she was residing in her parental house. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner. Only on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025, she will be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st, Jehanabad subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2)
