JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2021 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 2.3.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8872 of 2020 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below and seek anticipatory bail, be extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that on account of the second wave of the Covid-19 Pandemic and due to the impending lock-down, the petitioners could not surrender in time. A sympathetic consideration be made and the time granted to surrender be extended.

No.57843 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant further four weeks' time to the petitioners to surrender before the learned court below and seek the privilege of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 2.3.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8872 of 2020.

The petition stands allowed qua the petitioners herein to the aforesaid extent.
