JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For direction to the respondents to make the proper ensure VI Financial Planning Scheme purchase R.T.P.S. and furniture the Block of growth Mohanpur Panchayat.

(ii)For direction to respondent to punish to responsible authority person who has responsible for misappropriation of public money."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ
