2. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to press this appeal and this case may be disposed of with liberty to the appellant to surrender before the Court below within four weeks.
3. Learned counsel for the informant and learned Spl. P.P. have no objection to this prayer of the appellant.
4. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, this case is disposed of with liberty to the appellant as prayed for.
5. It is needless to say that if the appellant surrenders before the Court below within the said period and files bail
