JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 It is rather unfortunate that the Principal Secretary, Education, Government of Bihar did not take cognizance of Annexure- 16, dated 16.6.2014, which has led to a second round of litigation and filing of the present writ application. The petitioner in his detailed representation has pointed out certain infirmity in the calculation. He has also further annexed a detailed chart as Annexure- 18 to the rejoinder to the counter affidavit, which has also been served and filed. The Principal Secretary will direct a competent person to verify the position emerging from Annexures- 16 and 18 vis- a - vis the payment and calculation already made, which was
