Petitioner, Rajnath Yadav, is in custody since 26.09.2016 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 283 of 2016 registered under Sections 47(a), 54, 53(b) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. 3.

According to prosecution case, one bottle containing 750 M.L., two bottles each containing 375 M.L. three bottles each containing 375 M.L. and one bottle containing .50 M.L. of English wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4.

Considering the nature of offence and quantity of recovery from the possession of the petitioner and the period of detention of this petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
