Petitioner is in custody in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2020 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Mr. Krishna Prasad Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that in the instant case it is alleged that from the possession of this petitioner, one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.6.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.38426 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 antecedent and he has been remained in custody since 25.6.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Daudnagar, Aurangabad, in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 76 of 2020.
