JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Murder of the son of the informant was committed and the petitioner and others are under suspicion. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case-diary reveals that there is no eyewitness and for previous dispute suspicion is there against the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
