The petitioner seeks bail in Session Case No.25 of 2016, arising out of Ariyari P.S. Case No.82 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier this Court vide order dated 9.2.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56635 of 2015 rejected the prayer for bail of the petitioner with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after ten months of custody.
Petitioner was found moving along with the present petitioner and later on victim was found dead. There are sufficient materials against him in paragraph nos. 40, 41, 41

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The prosecution is directed to co-operate in disposal of the trial. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Vinay/- U T
