2. This is second attempt for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant/appellant. Earlier the application, filed for grant of anticipatory bail on behalf of applicant/appellant, stood dismissed, vide order dated 25.08.2023 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2834 of 2023 (Annexure 1 to the instant application).

3. The present application does not reveal any change of circumstances or new ground.

4. In view of recent judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu Vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr., reported in 2021 SCC Online SC 176, the
