Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,504/34 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act later on Section 302 IPC was also added.

When the petitioners and others were committing assault with lathi etc., co-accused-Agniwesh Pandey caused firearm injury at the abdomen of the father of the informant, as a result whereof, he died during course of treatment. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, who have got no criminal antecedent and are in

No.38430 of 2020(2) dt.22-02-2021 2/2 custody since 24.06.2020, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Hussainganj Police Station Case No.167 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
