The petitioners seek bail in Mehasi P.S. Case No. 196/2017, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There are general and omnibus allegation against them. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed.
