Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 registered under Sections272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47(a), 51 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53937 of 2016 (4) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
