1. Heard Mr. Aman Vishal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satya Nand Shukla, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Haspura Case No. 73 of 2025 dated 16.03.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 132, 121(2) of the B.N.S., 2023

3. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the F.I.R. has been registered against 14 named accused including the petitioner, as well as several unknown persons and against the petitioner, there is no specific allegation

No.39531 of 2025(2) dt.27-06-2025 2/3 in the FIR and as per the prosecution's story two groups consisting of a large crowd engaged in abusing each other then the police party reached there and tried to pacify the situation but they were assaulted by the persons from these two groups. It is further submitted that as per the trial court's order, two persons are said to have sustained injuries in the said occurrence, whose injuries have been opined to be simple in nature while the allegation of assault is against more than 14 persons.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

Considering the above submissions made by petitioner's counsel and mainly the nature of allegation as well as the fact that a large crowd is alleged to have committed the alleged occurrence and the prosecution has not pointed out the specific allegation against the petitioner, in my opinion, it is a fit case for granting the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Haspura Case No. 73 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two
