JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-01-2016 After some argument, Sri Ram Chandra Sahni, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of learned AC to GA No. 2 as well as Sri Sanjeev Kumar, learned counsel, who appears on behalf of the respondent no. 7/ Siwan Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 21.9.2015 passed in CWJC No. 6564 of 2014. On
Patna High Court CWJC No.9123 of 2011 (4) dt.07-01-2016 2/2 perusal of the said order it is evident that this court had not issued any writ since no writ lies against the Society , however, the writ petition was disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances before the Bank and in case they are dissatisfied by the decision of the Bank they shall be at liberty to take recourse to the remedy so available to them under Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935. Accordingly, in terms of the said order, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
