2. The present writ petition has been filed for regularization of the loan of the petitioner's late husband and for release of the vehicle namely, JCB 3DX, Engine No. H00043776, Chassis No. 1842205 in favour of the petitioner.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to make payment of the entire dues owing to the respondent-Bank in instalments within a reasonable time as the proposed auction of the vehicle in question would result in considerable detriment to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with consent of the parties, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Bank with a representation, which if done within a period of two weeks from today, shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.
