In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code. And Section 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. As per allegation made in the First Information Report, from the motorcycle of the petitioner, 82 bottles each of 180 ml. of Nepali liquor and 43 bottles each of 180 ml of Royal Stag English wine were recovered. The petitioner is in jail custody since 3.6.2016.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Mukesh Kumar Yadav, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39412 of 2016 (3) dt.19-09-2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpaganj P.S. Case No. 139 of 2016.
