Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B) and 34 of the IPC.

It is a case of dowry death.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is separate in mess and property. Specific allegation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. As a matter of fact, the deceased committed suicide by hanging herself. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM 1st, Bagaha, District West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No. 5 of 2022 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
