This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chapra Rail P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023 registered under section 395, 397, 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Prosecution case in short is that the unknown criminals looted Rs. 400/- from the informant. During the investigation, the name of the petitioner has surfaced. He has confessed his guilt. He has similar antecedent also. He is in custody since 05.04.2023. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Rail Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur in connection with Rail P.S. Case No. 52 of 2023.

The petitioner will visit Chhapra Muffasil police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
