2. This application is filed for quashing of the order dated 24.01.2013 by which learned court of Sub-Judge XV, Patna has taken cognizance against the petitioner in Complaint Case No. 3268(C) of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
