2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bandhua Kuraba P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. From the impugned order of the Court below, it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43716 of 2024(2) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-6-cum-Special Judge POCSO, Banka/Successor Court, Banka in connection with Bandhua Kuraba P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023.
