JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 04-07-2017 Keeping in view the fact that the only action taken against the petitioner was adjustment of an excess arrears of Rs.13, 164/- which was wrongly paid as pensionary benefits due to error in calculating the D.A. which, in fact, had merged with the basic pay after revision of pay on 1st April, 1997 and erroneously the Bank granted pension by calculating D.A. separately, the learned Writ Court has gone into all aspects of the matter and found that in making the adjustment no error has been committed. We also see no error in the order of the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration. However, the liberty already
