The petitioner seeks bail in Basnahi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant in his written complaint has stated that petitioner and two other co-accused namely Rupesh Yadav and Deepak Yadav abused and assaulted him when he went to make complaint against Rupesh Yadav and Deepak Yadav that they have taken away his goat kids.

It has been submitted that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. No specific over act has been attributed against the petitioner. It has been further submitted that the injuries sustained by the informant are simple

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41336 of 2018(3) dt.18-08-2018 2/2 in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Saharsa, in connection with Basnahi P.S.
