JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2019 This modification has been filed for modification of order dated 29.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10612 of 2019, which was disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail. It appears from the modification application that due to some illness, the petitioner could not surrender in the court below within the time prescribed and has now prayed for extension of time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 29.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10612 of 2019. However, the petitioner may surrender in the court below and pray for regular bail,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38297 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 which will be disposed of by the court below on the merit of the case.

Accordingly, this modification application is dismissed.
