13-01-2016 Heard Sri Abhay Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 25. The petitioner, who retired w.e.f. 31-01-2008 as Assistant Teacher in Matric trained scale, has filed the present writ petition in the month of July, 2011, with a prayer to direct the respondents to grant him B.A. trained scale w.e.f. 15-04-1990. No plausible explanation has been given for approaching this Court after such a belated time. Meaning thereby that the petitioner, if at all there was any right in his favour, had slumbered over his right for a long period and as such, on such belated stage, without any plausible explanation, the writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.10826 of 2011 (5) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 may not be entertained.
The writ petition stands dismissed.
