====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------------ 23-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.210 of 2016 registered under Sections 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that the petitioners being the teachers of the school of the informant took away the Tata Mazic vehicle bearing Registration No.BR-27B-9812 on the false pretext that their money is due against the school.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2084 of 2017 (2) dt.23-01-2017 2/2 submits that the said vehicle was seized by the police on 27.10.2016 near the road of village-Maraura, where the petitioners are said to be present and are apprehended by the police. In fact, the salary of the petitioners being the teachers of the school of the informant was due, due to that reason, only to put undue pressure upon the petitioners, the informant has lodged this false case against them. Further submission is that the petitioners having no criminal antecedents are in custody since 27.10.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K. Dubedi, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.210 of 2016.
