In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barem (O.P.) Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019 registered for offences under sections 341, 323, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that on 15.3.2019 at 7 a.m., the Informant along with her husband was taking tea, all of a sudden, hue and cry started, they went to towards the old house and found there that verbal wrangling was taking place between Priyabrat Narayan Singh, Birendra Singh and the petitioner. It has further been alleged that the Informant along with her husband tried to pacify the situation, whereupon, Ankit Kumar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39215 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 abused and assaulted both of them with bamboo stick. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a family dispute and there is no injury report in this case. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Barem (O.P.) Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 61 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. as also subject to condition that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation/interrogation, he will remain present and if he would not present himself, the privilege of grant of anticipatory bail shall be deemed to have been canceled.
