1. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 14.03.2024, passed in C.W.J.C. No.3290 of 2024, the Chief Engineer-V, Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 03.05.2024, rejecting the claim of the petitioner, hence the order

Patna High Court MJC No.1931 of 2024(3) dt.20-12-2024 2/2 of this Court has stood complied with.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 03.05.2024. Liberty so sought is granted.
