2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila (Bhabhua) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 127(2), 76, 351(2), 64, 62 of the BNS and under Section 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has tried to commit rape with a ten year old child.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2025 and the victim has supported the allegation levelled against the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
