The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kowakole (Rupo) P.S. Case No. 59/18 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from the conscious possession, but only to ascertain as to whether the motorcycle in question belong to him, case dairy was called for. It appears that the motorcycle in question does not belong to the petitioner. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

No.46480 of 2019(6) dt.20-12-2019 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ II cum Spcial Judge (Excise), Nawada, in connection with Kowakole (Rupo) P.S. Case No. 59/18, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
