1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the Respondent Authorities to pay the arrears of dues Rent amount amounting to Rs.5,87,524/- from April 1993 to December 2022 which is fixed at the rate of Rs.1,932/- per month but the same has not been paid by the Respondents in favour of the Petitioner, for rented house of Sub Health Centre, Rajpur under Dumraon Block, District - Buxar. ii. For issuance of appropriate writ directing and commanding Respondent Authorities to calculate

Patna High Court CWJC No.9584 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 the entire dues amount April, 1993 till December, 2022 and make payment of the entire amount with interest on the entire dues amount which has not been paid till today."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction upon the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Buxar, i.e. the respondent no.4, to pay the outstanding rent, as aforesaid.

3. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the respondent no.4 to make payment of the admitted outstanding dues of rent, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in case there is no other legal impediment.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
