2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On account of land dispute, quarrel took place between the parties, in which petitioner assaulted the informant by means of iron rod.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. The doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 361/22, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
