JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of victim appears to have been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C in which she disclosed the involvement of petitioner as well as one co-accused Manoj Kumar in respect of her kidnapping but her statement goes to show that she was recovered by the police along with co-accused Manoj Kumar and petitioner was not caught by the police along with victim and co-accused Manoj Kumar. However, the victim has not made any complaint of ill-treatment meted out at the hands of the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
