JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 By the impugned order, the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra has while convicting the accused Raju Singh and Geeta Devi opposite party nos. 2 and 3 respectively found that it is their first offence and there is no previous conviction as also that the accused convict is a young boy and the second convict is a female and old aged lady and so instead of awarding substantive punishment, they were released on probation under Section 4 of the Probation of Offenders Act. They were asked to furnish a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with undertaking that they will keep peace in the society for two years.

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.777 of 2018(4) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 After filing the revision application four years have gone past. Apparently, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the impugned judgment.

This revision application is, thus, dismissed. Mr. Nirmal Kumar Sinha, learned A.P.P. for the State is present.
