The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 112 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report there is no allegation of any overt act against the petitioner. Co-accused Deepankar Jha and Abhijit Kumar have been apprehended by Police on the spot. Deepankar Jha has disclosed the name of petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 30.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39393 of 2019(3) dt.20-08-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Sadar (Muffasil) P.S.
