The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.10.2011. Vide order dated 27.06.2012 the interim provisional bail was extended till the disposal of CWJC No. 10646 of 2012. The CWJC No. 10646 of 2012 was disposed of vide order dated 26.04.2013, but this case has been placed after more than 31⁄2 years for the reasons best known to the office. It is submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount and filed supplementary affidavit receipt by which the petitioner has already deposited the entire amount for which demand was issued against the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party no. 2 the Bihar Electricity Board through its Chairman, Patna has submitted that the petitioner has already deposited the entire

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30650 of 2011 (4) dt.28-10-2016 2/2 amount.

Considering the facts aforesaid, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.10.2011 is hereby confirmed.
