This application has been filed for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with Kahalgaon P. S. Case No. 192 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 353, 332, 379 and 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has been apprehended in the present case merely on the basis of suspicion.
