The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21-09-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24341 of 2020 to the extent that this Court while granting regular bail to the petitioner had observed that the petitioner shall be released on regular bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have not yet been framed. Accordingly, petitioner seeks modification of the aforesaid order and directing for release of the petitioner before framing of charge inasmuch as the petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2020 and from the date of last rejection almost one year has elapsed but the charges have

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is in custody for about 11⁄2 year and charges have not yet been framed, the order dated 21-09-2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24341 of 2020 is modified and petitioner is directed to be released on bail forthwith on furnishing bail bond as indicated in the aforesaid order.
