Patna High Court CWJC No.9755 of 2024(2) dt.29-07-2024 2/2 Mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents particularly to the respondent No. 3 (The Circle officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran) to initiate the encroachment proceeding under the Bihar public land encroachment Act against the respondents No 4 to 13 and other persons, who have encroached the Government Land (Aam Gairmajarua Land) public road Situated under Mauza Lohiyar Ujjain, Thana No. 133, Khata No. 456, Plot No. 608 comes under the jurisdiction of Circle Office, Harsidhi, East Champaran and remove the encroachment from the public road situated under Mauza Lohiyar Ujjain, Thana No. 133, Khata No. 456, Plot No 608."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Harsidhi, East Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
