The statement of victim has been recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C but she has not made any complaint against the petitioner rather she stated that she had gone along with petitioner by her own sweet will.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No. 29 of 2016.
