2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 834 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner is the husband of the complainant and has been falsely implicated on the accusation of demand for dowry and inflicting torture for nonfulfilment thereof. The parties were sent for mediation, in respect of which mediation report dated 14.11.2019 has been received. It transpires that the petitioner and his family members

4. Learned counsel for the complainant appears and has been heard.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

6. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner by this Court by order dated 02.07.2019 shall stand cancelled. (Vikash Jain, J) HR/- U T
