The petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur and petitioner no. 2 is Mother-in-law are apprehending their arrest in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and the main allegation is against the husband of the victim, who has been taken into custody and has been subsequently, granted regular bail vide Annexure-2. In view of the submissions made by the petitioners and also the fact that there is no cogent material save and except the allegation as made out in the FIR, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Birupur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
