Under the influence of wine it has been alleged by the informant/victim that his brother Naresh Roy (petitioner) was abusing which was forbidden by their mother who was assaulted by fist and slap. During course of intervention, it has been alleged that a knife which was handed over by Renu Devi wife of Naresh Roy, Naresh Roy gave single blow over left inter coastal region. As per Anneuxre-2, doctor had found the injury 2"x 1⁄2" x muscle deep which has been found simple in nature. Accordingly, petitioner Naresh Roy @ Naresh Rai is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M. (West), Muzaffarur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.575/2015.
