Two motorcycle borne criminals including the petitioner were apprehended having a bag. After opening the same, 2 regular single barrel guns as well as 12 cartridges of 12 bore were recovered. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused has already been released on bail. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 30.04.2017.

Learned APP opposed the prayer for bail.
