JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2017 On the insistence of the parties, the writ application is disposed of in the following terms in the pre-sitting of Lok Adalat: i) Both the counsel for the petitioner and the State agreed that all legal dues of the petitioner would be paid to him within a period of three months from today.

ii) In case the legal dues of the petitioner are not paid or the petitioner otherwise aggrieved, he would be at liberty to file a petition for reviving the instant case.

iii) On filing of such petition, the writ petition would stands revived.

The instant settlement would form part of Lok Adalat to be held on 8.7.2017.
