The petitioner seeks bail in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 332/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act. It is alleged in the written report that informant got information on 03.08.2018 that her son Sukhu Kumar has been murdered at 17.00 hrs. near Prashray Apartment, Railway Colony, Gola Road, Patna, by this petitioner and other accused persons. The informant found dead body of her son in SubDivisional Hospital, Danapur. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38844 of 2019(2) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 03.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20620/2019 and dated 10.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23006/2019.

Petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IInd, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Rupaspur P.S.
